REVIEW

In this 16th volume of the collection we’re reviewing more hits from 1992, 1993 & 1994 and tracks from Sweeden, Belgium, Germany and Spain.

The cd stars with the new hit from Dj Bobo with the Axel Breitung (Silent Circle) production. The track was the third single from his second album “There Is A Party” in 1994.

Dr. Alban with the production of Deniz Pop (Kayo, Terre W.A.N., Leika K, Ace Of Base, E-Type, Robyn and Backstreet Boys among others).

Ace Of Base with the cover of ASWAD “Don’t Turn Around” written by Albert Hammond and Diane Warren.

Army Of Lovers from their 3rd album published “Israelism”, one of their mist well-known tracks…

M.C. Sar & The Real McCoy published the hit “Automatic Lover” from this comeback album “Space Invaders” (1994) produced by Freshline, M.C. Sar and The Berman Brothers…

Blue System that published a second album in the same year (“X” the other was “21st Century”, in 1994) changing 100% the music style from Eurodisco, pop to dance trends… “Dr. Mabuse” was remixed by the Berman Brothers! This remix reminds me a little to the later “This Is Your Night” by Amber!

Captain Hollywood with the “great” track “All I Want”… This track has the full essence of Cyborg productions and of this years…

B-Tronic publisshed an excellent cover of the Cutting Crew smash hit “(I Just) Died In You Arms”…

The Remakers published anohter cover too, this time from the hit of Sheila & Black Devotion (Produced by Nile Rodgers and Bernard in 1979)… “Spacer”. I’m pretty sure that with this track was very inspired Alcazar (produced by Alexander Bard, Anders Hansson, Johan S. in 2000) with their hit “Crying At Discotheque” and Modern Talking with the track “Don’t Let Me Go” (from their 8th album “Alone” produced by Dieter Bohlen in 1998)… I think Alcazar was more plaggist the the Modern Talking, that I think was more disimulated…

2 Unlimited with his hit “The Real Thing”… the production as always by Phil Wilde and Jean-Paul De Coster.

Roses Club was a spanish band that in 1992 published only this instrumental nice track…

Ellegibó was a spanish band too that published this “tribal” smash hit… The maxi single was produced by Félix B. Magione… he is actually the president of the Spanish record label Blanco y Negro.

And finally another tribal smash hit with “batucada” Style… “Give It Up”.
